Diagnosis

• You (customer) need to forward the damaged media to Stellar Data Recovery Lab; along with properly filled job assessment form which you can download from the following link or contact us at 732---and request them to email or fax you the job assessment form.
  
  
• On receiving damaged storage media at our Class 100 Clean data recovery lab our recovery technical experts will carry out on the media complete non-intrusive lab analysis to determine the reason for data loss and based on the analysis of the media evaluate the impact of the damage on the data. What is the percentage of data loss & hether t can be recovered?


• Based on the evaluation of the media by our technical experts and estimate will be generated and communicated via email, phone or fax based upon your preferred communication channel.
  
  

Authorization for data recovery and approval of estimate

On Approval of the estimate and your authorization to recovery data as per the findings of our technical experts related to data recovery communicated during diagnosis process, Stellar data recovery services technicians will start the recovery process of the critical data. All the recovery process will be performed in Class 100 Clean Room to ensure maximum drive recovery in case of physical damaged drives.

Quality Authentication of data recovered.

Once the files indentified as critical/important are recovered our data recovery experts will do a simple quality audit to verify that all the files are completely recovered. Our Data recovery experts will also do quality data on the other file folders of the drive also ensure that the data recovered by stellar on your behalf is in usable condition.

Data Delivery

Data will be delivered by stellar on similar media type as the one forwarded by you to stellar for data recovery.
The media will be properly packaged and forwarded to the address communicated by you.

Extra charge is applicable on the return media.
